EDITORIAL POLICY
Originality
Adamawa State University Global Journal of Geography and Environmental Sciences-ADSU-GJGES (ISSN:
Print-2651-5830, Online-2756-4142) is a journal for publication of original research articles, reviews,
communications and letters from interested scholars and researchers in the academic community, international
agencies, groups, individuals, institutions and other establishments concerning scientific approaches to
sustainable development. Manuscript are critically reviewed and published in a volume of two issues in a year.
Articles not previously or simultaneously published in any other scientific or technical journal, written in
English language but not limited to the following areas of research are considered for publication:
Geography
Urban and Regional Planning
Estate Management
Surveying and Geoinformatics
Environmental Management
Environmental Medical Sciences
Environmental related Physical Sciences
Agricultural Sciences
Science Education and Technology.
Publication Ethics Statement
ADSU-GJGES is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer-review process and strict
ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, or
bogus claims of authorship should be taken very seriously by the editors, with zero tolerance.
Philosophy
The philosophy of the journal is “generation and dissemination of theoretical and applied information and
knowledge towards actualizing a healthy, conducive and sustainable Environment”
